Tax Operations Specialist

Are you looking to enhance your career in a fast-paced environment and be part of an energetic team?   What is your role?   The  Tax OperationsSpecialist  ensures tax compliance, reporting, and audit support for Distribution and Services entities in Mexico, in line with local regulations and export-manufacturing tax requirements.   What will you do?

Enterprise Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management

Manage recurring tax obligations for service entities operating under the IMMEX program. Ensure compliance with ISR, VAT, withholding taxes, DIOT, and applicable IMMEX tax and regulatory requirements. Coordinate the timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

Tax accounting & US GAAP Reporting Transfer Pricing Audit Support

What do you need?

5 years of Tax related experience  Solid knowledge of  Mexican tax laws  applicable to maquiladora entities.  Understanding of  IMMEX program and VAT Certification Rules  Prior involvement with IVA refund processes.  Working knowledge of  US GAAP , tax provision basics, and deferred tax concepts.  Experience managing Safe Harbor calculations.
