About this role
We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You are someone who lives in the details but never loses sight of the bigger picture. You have learned that the success of an event is not about how polished the slide deck looks, it is about whether the booth staff showed up on time, the lead scanner actually worked, and the sales team walked away with conversations that matter. You know that the difference between a forgettable conference presence and one that generates real pipeline usually comes down to a dozen small decisions made weeks before anyone sets foot on the show floor. You think in checklists, timelines, and backup plans. When a vendor misses a deadline or a keynote speaker cancels, you do not panic. You already have a Plan B, and you are three steps into executing it before most people realize there is a problem. You are comfortable working across borders, languages, and time zones, switching from a budget conversation in English to a vendor negotiation in German without missing a beat. You understand that in a matrixed organization, getting things done means building relationships, not just sending calendar invites. You do not wait for perfect information or unanimous agreement. You work with what you have, fill in the gaps by asking the right questions, and keep the work moving forward. When an event wraps, you are already thinking about what worked, what did not, and what the data in Salesforce is telling you about ROI.
