Our boutique hotel is less than a block from entertainment and shopping, including the Portland Art Museum, Tom McCall Waterfront Park, and the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a line cook (preferably in upscale restaurant or hotel setting) Strong organizational skills and adaptability Strong desire to learn and grow within the culinary field The ability to work a varied and flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Previous hotel and fine dining experience as well as a culinary degree are a plus! Schedule: Varies, can be as early as 5:00am or late as 3:30pm
