Aon is seeking a client-focused and strategic Employee Experience Director to drive growth, strengthen client relationshipsc. This role is responsible: Create a complementary wellness´ strategy including consultancy capabilities aligned to Latam and global strategies to offer to clients and prospects. Train client facing and sales colleagues on the new capabilities Create a quotation methodology to guarentee projects meet Aon´s expected margin Create manuals describing processes, procedures and in general the methodology performed in the area Key Responsibilities 5+ years of experience in wellness consulting, health & benefits, employee experience, organizational consulting, or related fields. Proven experience designing and implementing strategic wellness initiatives. Demonstrated success in business development, consulting services, and revenue growth. Experience working across multiple countries or regional environments is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and solution design. Strong commercial and business development capabilities. Financial acumen and project profitability management. Executive communication and presentation skills. Training and facilitation experience. Stakeholder management and relationship building. Process design and documentation expertise. Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
