TE Connectivity’s Energy business is looking for a PM Finance / Project Controlling Financial Analyst to serve as a finance business partner to our global Product Management and R&D Engineering functions. In this role, you will help turn data into decisions by providing financial guidance, project controlling support, investment analysis, KPI reporting, and actionable insights that improve project visibility, margin performance, ROI discipline, and operational effectiveness. This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working close to the business, partnering across regions and functions, and influencing decisions through high-quality analysis, clear recommendations, and strong follow-through. What you will do • Provide upfront financial screening for Product Management and R&D Engineering projects to support investment prioritization, project approvals, and ROI discipline. Partner with Product Management, R&D Engineering, Regional Controlling, Strategy, Analytics, and Global Finance teams to provide financial guidance, business insights, and decision support. • Support PAC and CER processes by reviewing business cases, cost estimates, financial assumptions, project economics, and related finance action items. • Deliver timely and accurate KPI reporting for Product Management and R&D Engineering, while improving reporting processes and data visibility. • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews through financial analysis, Product Gross Margin reporting, project performance insights, and inputs for Segment and Global FP&A reporting. • Analyze product margin, cost drivers, engineering spend, footprint opportunities, and business questions to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions. • Support Product Management incentive processes, including quarterly and annual PMIP calculations, target achievement assessment, accrual support, and target-setting inputs.
