Manager, Occupational Safety

To ensure a safe Parts Supply and Logistics environment, our Occupational Health and Safety team plays a crucial role in hazard prevention, conducting safety audits, providing training, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

The Manager, Occupational Safety, NA Parts Supply & Logistics, is accountable for the performance and results of the Occupational Safety team. The role ensures the administration of our safety processes, emergency response planning, and compliance with regulations, with consistency in a timely manner. The role closely partners with Company and Union Health & Safety leadership to address complex general and occupational safety issues and collaborates with various departments. The role also supervises the maintenance of accurate documentation, administration of investigations, inspections, and root cause analyses. The role has expertise in interpreting and administering corporate health and safety policies, safety regulations, and best practices.
