Strategic Analytics - Sr Associate

We’re seeking an analytics professional to strengthen collections and credit risk performance management through advanced measurement, diagnostics, and executive-ready insights. In this role, you will build and challenge analytics tied to key collections initiatives, identify emerging trends using statistical and data-mining techniques, and conduct root-cause analyses to quantify drivers of performance (process, customer behavior, policy, and macro factors). You’ll develop clear recommendations for senior leadership and create risk monitoring narratives. Success requires strong problem structuring, end-to-end analytical execution, and the ability to communicate complex findings with clarity while partnering across functions to align on definitions, monitoring frameworks, and implementation plans.
