Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Provides human resources subject matter expertise to leadership. Assists with the design, implementation, and monitoring of a variety of human resource programs. Develops and implements human resources programs that align with human resources goals. Escalates issues or concerns to HR leadership and business unit leadership.
