Raytheon’s Systems Integration & Test Environment center is seeking a Senior Analyst Support/ Lab Lead to manage and implement environmental test projects, as well as oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of multiple engineering and environmental test labs. This role will focus on ensuring safety, security, and compliance in alignment with established doctrine and governance. You will be creative and innovative, possessing strong organizational, coordination, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. In this position, you must be able to collaborate with customers, employees, and senior leaders when implementing process and procedural changes. This position is in McKinney, TX What You Will Do Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) by providing direction for lab users on established policies. Manage, coordinate, and implement Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs. Oversee Property & Metrology Management to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Conduct cost analyses and ensure task completion within approved budgets. Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM). Oversee audit and assessment preparation. Lead Engineering Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program; develop corrective action plans and long-term objectives aligned with engineering customer goals. Safeguard classified/proprietary materials, hardware, and documentation in compliance with Export Administration Regulations. Develop and implement communication plans; provide consulting support to functional and engineering management. Influence stakeholders within and outside responsible areas regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Work autonomously with limited oversight, offering professional input, guidance, and problem-solving expertise. Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, such as standing, walking, and occasional outdoor work. Travel locally as required, with occasional travel outside the local area.

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience Experience with working directly with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment. Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills.

We Prefer Experience with OSHA/NFPA industrial policies and regulations. Experience working directly with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment in the areas of safety, security, compliance and property
