Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes. Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reporting, calculations, and reconciliations. Prepare bad debt reserve calculations in compliance with corporate accounting policies. Reconcile O2C-related General Ledger accounts and investigate account discrepancies. Create and process manual invoices for assigned EMEA entities. Execute and coordinate the dunning process in cooperation with collection teams Review and approve customer master data updates and refund requests. Support audits, balance sheet reviews, and internal control activities. Approve weekly cash forecasts, analyze deviations, and provide recommendations for forecast improvements and adjustments. Drive process improvement initiatives and support the development of junior team members. Your ideal profile:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and financial accounting principles. Experience with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial controls. Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and work successfully in a deadline-driven environment. Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional European language skills are considered an asset. High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
