Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales & Client, Carrier Relationship Managements team at Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports the consulting team by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data for client projects. You will help ensure data quality, prepare basic client presentations, and develop analytics dashboards that summarize insights for use in PowerPoint. You will also build foundational knowledge of employee health benefits products, services, and carrier markets while supporting client file maintenance and follow-up on missing or inaccurate information. We will count on you to: Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to be used for various client projects. Follow up with clients or existing vendors regarding missing or inaccurate information. Gather design data from the client and current vendors needed for analyzing the utilization of a client’s healthcare plans. Check data for reasonableness and support follow-up regarding missing or inaccurate data. Contribute to the preparation of client presentations by creating basic draft presentations to summarize project findings. Develop analytics dashboards to summarize insights for use in PowerPoint. Ensure all client files have the most recent correspondence and client information. What you need to have: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to gather, validate, and summarize data. Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentation materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
