Key Responsibilities
Complex and highly fluid calendar coordination, including scheduling and arranging meetings with internal and external partners, including alliance management meetings with partners. Prepare documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature such as presentations, memos, and correspondence. Closely partner with internal teams to build and distribute pre-reads Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepare/submit detailed expense reports. JJIM Business Development as “partner of choice” in the EMEA innovation ecosystem- For the EMEA region, support the team to coordinate the planning of major regional partnering events to continue accelerate our status as a partner of choice: Partnering meetings during management visit to external EMEA innovation ecosystem, London Jefferies conference, Bio Europe Spring, Bio Europe Fall and other conferences. Precision Medicine and Regional New Business Development – Coordinate the planning of partnering meetings for each conference (examples: JPM, ASCO conferences) and other meetings with external partners and internal forums (example: JJIM Annual NBD Summit). Proficiency in utilizing and innovating on current technology platforms, including; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, web page navigation, Concur, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Workday, Our Source, e-marketplace Coordinate and maintain data rooms to support business development and due diligence activities.
