The Facilities Technician Specialist will be accountable for the hands-on Maintenance of facilities equipment and the hands-on operation. Support the facilities team when required and liaise with contractor’s onsite. Provide maximum availability and reliability to the site assets. Completes tasks for the support function of the Facilities Management & Planning area, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Contributes to the achievement of operational targets by executing tasks that are typically routine, with some standard deviation from standard practice. Organizes workflow of routine processes to support the Executive Team efficiently and productively Main duties & responsibilities: Operating all site utilities to required cGMP standards, safely and efficiently, whilst improving uptime, including mechanical, electrical and control systems.
