Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analytics Solutions team at Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports Brokers and team members in delivering client solutions by analyzing client data, preparing research, and assisting with carrier negotiations. You will help evaluate existing client programs, develop underwriting specifications, and prepare proposal materials for existing and prospective clients. You will also attend client meetings to build your understanding of client needs and support the delivery of tailored risk solutions. We will count on you to: Analyze client data and compile research results using spreadsheets, company databases, and other computer systems to support client solutions. Write research reports for assigned accounts, highlighting business risks to assist Brokers. Support negotiation activities with carriers and compare submissions to provide the best service to clients. Participate in the analysis of clients’ existing programs and requirements by reviewing current policies and formulating recommendations for customized risk solutions. Assist team members with the development of underwriting specifications and preparation of proposal presentations for existing and prospective clients. Attend client meetings as part of the team to learn more about the business and better assist clients and Brokers. What you need to have: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and other computer systems. Ability to research, interpret, and summarize client and market information accurately. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Brokers, team members, and clients. What makes you stand out: Experience supporting carrier relationship management, underwriting, or client advisory work. Exposure to negotiation activities or proposal preparation. Knowledge of risk solutions and client program analysis.
