JOB OVERVIEW The position is responsible for production and quality with focus on productivity and building systems. Getting involved in producing new products. Coordinate with operators and engineers to implement TEOA tools. To ensure 5S+1 level at all times at highest level. Maintaining shop discipline is more essential RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Responsible for issuing production orders to floor. 2.Upkeeping the Stamping machines in running conditions. 3.Ensure availability of stamping materials on time for production. 4.Responsible for head count allocation in shop. 5.Escalate production stoppages to all concerned stakeholders. 6.Ensure timely delivery of production orders. 7.Educate and train operators. 8.Multi skilling among the operators. 9.Coordinating with inter-department 10.Drive TEOA culture in shop floor 11. Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement in Stamping department. 12.Assessing resource requirements. 13.Material variance /Consumable/Chemical tracking. 14.Conducting Go meeting /PIM meeting-Review with Technician, leaders. 15.Review of TEOA deployment. 16.Ensure labour productivity of the function QUALIFICATION

Possesses over 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Stamping Department

Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities

Exhibits sound decision-making skills

Job Overview

Oversees day-to-day operations of the stamping team, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues. Job Requirements

Collaborating with other departments for end-to-end optimization and managing demand planning and forecasting. Identifying and investigating root causes to provide guidance and future actions and strategy, and implementing inventory plans to meet business objectives. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets. Managing operations activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience Competencies
