Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive profitable growth, market share, consumer awareness, and brand equity against a brand asset management strategy to maximize the strength and value of our brands. This position is responsible for leading and executing initiatives in the Aerospace and OE Interior product lines within Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Division. In this role, the Product Manager has primary responsibility for strategic product development, positioning, and life cycle management of the product lines used within the Aerospace and OE Interior segments. The Product Manager must partner with Segment team to assess voice of customer, primarily to determine growth opportunity in line with the needs of the business as it relates to manufacturing capability, gross margins, and profitability. Must work with Marketing functions and cross-functionally with respective Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D and Operations teams to ensure successful planning and execution of all programs. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113 .
