Project Manager The Opportunity:  An effective project requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can ensure the customer's transformational efforts are successful. The Project Manager oversees the performance of the team, ensuring alignment across all project phases and   workstrands . This role   is responsible for   tracking progress, resolving challenges, and serving as the primary liaison with the Government lead and   workstrand   owners. The Project Manager drives organizational effectiveness by integrating strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all   objectives   are met and that the team   operates   cohesively.     How You'll Contribute: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project   objectives , ensuring alignment across phases and   workstrands   Manage the project’s scope, schedule, and cost to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined   objectives Track project progress,   identify   risks, and resolve challenges proactively   Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government lead and   workstrand   owners,   facilitating   communication and collaboration   Develop and implement strategic plans,   monitor   performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement   Foster stakeholder engagement through regular updates, feedback sessions, and collaborative problem-solving   Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security requirements   Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership   Leverage skills in p rogram and project management in complex,   multinational   or joint environments, c ross-functional collaboration and team leadership, s takeholder engagement and relationship management, p erformance management and process optimization,   and strategic planning and execution   Join us. The world can't wait.   You Have: 10+ years of experience in program or project management Experience with organizational transformation, change management, or strategic planning   Experience   in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, or SharePoint Ability to deliver results with limited oversight and broad objectives   Ability to travel internationally up to 25% Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: 10+ years of experience in program or project management in defense, government, or multinational environments  preferred Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills   PMP certification preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
