What You Will Do * Strong knowledge about US Payroll . Good Payroll experience / familiarity with ADP Global View and ADP EV5 Payroll systems . Excellent understanding of Payroll data , Payroll Processing Methodology , system integrations, and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. Interpret business requirements, analyze complex issues, and recommend effective, scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and implementation artifacts. Work independently to resolve complex problems while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and leading projects or cross-functional initiatives. Provide post-implementation and production support to business units during project deployments and system enhancements. Support project implementation activities, including go-live planning, end-to-end (E2E) testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and disaster recovery planning. Partner with external vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure successful project execution, production readiness, and ongoing operational support. Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and reconciliation to support business decision-making and operational accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence. Act as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations, Digital Technology (DT), and other cross-functional teams. Experience/Qualifications: 7+ years of USA Payroll operational experience on ADP Global View (mandatory) and Ev5 (optional, but good to have) Payroll system . Familiar with USA Payroll key concepts of taxation, garnishments, 401K, FSA, FLSA, claims/overpayments processing, arrears processing, W-2 and other statutory reporting. Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people. Strong Time management and self-motivation skills. Self starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker. Experience with large projects especially implementations. Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.
