The Workplace Design & Delivery (WDD) Operations team is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to support Workforce Technology Services (WTS), with a focus on PMO enablement and ADS / Hardware Governance. The role will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of internal business applications, reporting capabilities, automation solutions, and governance tooling that support planning, execution, oversight, and decision-making across strategic Workforce Technology initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with program managers, PMO leadership, governance teams, sourcing and procurement partners, finance stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, transparency, and control discipline. This opportunity offers exposure to enterprise-scale technology programs and the ability to build capabilities across full stack development, automation, reporting, data integration, and project management processes within a controlled and collaborative environment. What you’ll do in the role: Full Stack Application Development Design, develop, test, enhance, and maintain internal web-based applications that support WDD operations, PMO processes, and governance activities. Contribute to the ongoing development and support of strategic PMO and governance platforms, including BranchView, WDD Project Tracker, and the Portfolio Reporting Tool (PRT). Develop front-end interfaces and back-end components that improve usability, scalability, performance, and access to reliable data. Participate in the application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support. Reporting, Analytics, and Data Integration Build and maintain reporting solutions that support PMO governance, management oversight, and executive decision-making. Develop dashboards, weekly status packages, RAG reporting, executive summaries, and portfolio analytics to provide consistent and actionable insight. Automation and Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline operational, governance, and reporting workflows through automation and process improvement. Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and strengthen auditability. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance PMO effectiveness, governance controls, and delivery transparency. Create solutions that improve tracking of actions, risks, dependencies, and project delivery metrics across global programs. Governance and Operational Support Support ADS and Hardware Governance initiatives through internal tooling, process automation, and reporting enhancements. Assist with data management, governance reporting, compliance support, and audit-readiness activities. Ensure solutions are developed in alignment with organizational controls, technology standards, operational governance requirements, and data management expectations.
