Role Overview This is a temporary, junior-level role supporting the execution of the Off-Neo migration program, with a focus on internal tooling, reporting, and delivery coordination. Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of migration support tools to improve consultant enablement and delivery efficiency. Support the development of dashboards and reporting views to enhance program transparency and stakeholder visibility. Maintain and update tracking artifacts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs. Collaborate with project team members to gather requirements and support process improvements.
Requirements
Early-career professional or recent graduate in IT or a related field Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) Foundational experience with relational databases and SQL Experience with Python is a strong advantage Familiarity with ticketing or issue-tracking systems Interest in migration initiatives and enterprise systems Experience with data handling, reporting, or dashboarding tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) Structured and detail-oriented working style Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Basic understanding of SAP BTP Neo is considered a strong advantage
