9+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience , including Service Channels, Case Management, PSR, Agent Workspace, Supervisor Configuration, Presence Configuration, and Messaging Sessions. Strong expertise in Salesforce products and functionality , with experience working in complex Salesforce environments and large-scale Salesforce orgs. Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel (Skill-Based Routing) and Knowledge Management , ensuring efficient case routing and agent productivity.
