In this role you will contribute to business objectives through the strategic application of corporate real estate and facilities knowledge, resources and influence. Ensure regular reporting and buy-in from stakeholders. Lead FMRE support for all M&A opportunities. Real Estate Strategy 25% Solicit and support strategic real estate needs and develop strategies, negotiate RE transactions across 5+M sf Portfolio. Connect and coordinate with EU stakeholders. Ensure real estate Capex process is followed. Manage real estate database and prepare regular portfolio reporting. Manage all transactions, liaise with Legal on transactions, estoppels, SNDAs, etc. Provide support and consultation for all follow-on site build-out projects to ensure leasehold obligations are met. Manage annual rent rolls in excess of $25M. Leadership 15% Manage P&I team. Develop and align governance objectives across portfolio. Ensure key processes are documented and that the FMRE team is properly trained and executing in a compliant manner. Identify and implement FMRE standardized tool-set across the portfolio. Align with FMRE operations on reporting obligations to ensure support. Behaves as a coach values, supports and develops individuals by providing opportunities to learn and grow. Give and receive continuous feedback. Sustainability 10% Ensure all FMRE resources focused on Sustainability activities are coordinated. Connect FMRE activities with other regional stakeholders (site leadership, sustainability).
