Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engines organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Connected Products (CP)(automated operational data used to support, maintain and improve the product) and Engine Health Management (EHM) team, responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth and or cost mitigation strategies across the commercial engine’s portfolio. This role also serves as a project leader for key initiatives ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and digital service innovation. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, strategic program management, technical understanding, and cross‑functional leadership, working with Engineering, Digital Technology, Engine Programs, CFTs, and key external partners to drive aligned commercial and technical outcomes.

What You Will Do

Business Development: Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with the Enterprise and Connected Products strategy. Use operational data to help support, maintain and improve the product. Identify, evaluate, and execute new opportunities driven by internal requirements, customer needs, and competitive factors. Support enterprise initiatives that integrate engine performance data, predictive maintenance tools, and commercial service offerings. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including CFTs, Engineering, Digital Technology, Engine Programs, and others to develop strategic plans and deliver program outcomes. Support Connected Products growth initiatives and collaboration opportunities across RTX. Develop business cases as applicable to support new initiatives.
