ASIC SCM , Leo Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of custom silicon production — from forecasting and purchase order management through to packaging and delivery. This role is highly data-driven and analysis-focused, requiring advanced Excel expertise and a deep understanding of the semiconductor supply chain. Flexibility to take evening calls with Asia-based partners if needed. Key job responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced supply-demand planning models utilizing Advanced Excel and AI-powered tools such as Kiro and Claude. Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ASIC and semiconductor products. Strong understanding of yield calculations and analysis from wafer sort to ASIC final test (FT). Drive supply chain process improvements, leveraging systems such as SAP when applicable. Provide data driven recommendations to mitigate supply shortages.
