Labcorp is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and trusted business partner to our Mid-America Division ($2 billion in annual revenue) in the Diagnostics segment . Reporting to the Diagnostics CFO, this role sits at the center of a complex, fast-paced healthcare business and plays a critical role in driving financial performance, enabling profitable growth, and shaping the division’s strategic direction. The Vice President of Finance will partner closely with divisional leadership across operations and commercial teams, providing actionable insights and influencing decisions that impact revenue, margin, and capital deployment. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful business outcomes in a highly regulated and evolving healthcare environment. Work Schedule Monday–Friday standard business hours with flexibility required as needed. Travel as needed to support business priorities. Work Location This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Dallas, TX location and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
