Regional Supply Chain Security Manager, EMEA Description - The Regional Supply Chain Security Manager is responsible for leading and supporting security programs, investigations, and risk mitigation initiatives across the EMEA region, helping protect HP's people, assets, products, and supply chain operations. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, logistics partners, manufacturers, and internal business teams to identify, assess, and address supply chain security risks. This position combines investigative expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the integrity, resilience, and compliance of HP's supply chain ecosystem. The successful candidate will drive both proactive and reactive security programs, support complex investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain security practices across the region.

Responsibilities

Lead and support security investigations involving theft, fraud, diversion, counterfeiting, misconduct, supply chain disruptions, and other security incidents. Conduct case management activities, including evidence gathering, witness and subject interviews, intelligence analysis, documentation, and reporting. Identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and operational risks impacting supply chain operations across the EMEA region. Partner with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, manufacturing partners, and external agencies to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain security standards, policies, and procedures. Perform security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews of supply chain operations, facilities, transportation networks, and third-party partners. Monitor security trends, industry developments, and geopolitical risks that could impact business operations. Utilize data analytics, reporting tools, and intelligence sources to identify patterns, trends, and areas requiring corrective action. Manage and coordinate external vendors or third-party investigators when required. Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to business leaders and security stakeholders. Promote security awareness and best practices across regional supply chain organizations. Support crisis response, incident management, and business continuity activities when necessary.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Typically 7-10 years of experience in corporate security, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, supply chain security, risk management, or a related field. Experience conducting complex investigations and managing multiple cases simultaneously. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is highly desirable. Experience with third-party security assessments, audits, or compliance programs is a plus. Knowledge & Skills ​Strong investigative and analytical capabilities. Understanding of supply chain security, risk management, and loss prevention principles. Ability to assess threats, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend practical solutions. Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI. Experience with security intelligence, investigations management, or data analysis platforms is advantageous.
