SAP Signavio Practice Lead Description - We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Platform & Process Intelligence Lead to own the strategy, governance, operational excellence, technical enablement, and continuous evolution of HP's SAP Signavio ecosystem. The role will be responsible for supporting and administering SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Process Manager, Process Governance, Journey Modeler, and related integrations while ensuring platform stability, security, compliance, user enablement, and adoption across the enterprise. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical owner for HP's SAP Signavio ecosystem, partnering with business stakeholders, process owners, SAP teams, enterprise architects, cybersecurity teams, and SAP Signavio product support to deliver process intelligence capabilities, support enterprise transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights. The role will own platform operations, service governance, adoption and enablement, vendor management, support processes, technology integrations, and the ongoing evolution of HP's Signavio platform roadmap. The role requires a combination of platform administration, process mining expertise, SAP ecosystem knowledge, data integration experience, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement capabilities. Process Mining & Process Intelligence Delivery - Own process mining delivery to generate actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, compliance and business performance. Integration & Technical Enablement - Enable SAP Signavio integrations and technical capabilities across SAP, BTP, data platforms and enterprise systems to support scalable process intelligence delivery. Vendor & Product Management - Act as the primary SAP Signavio technical owner, managing vendor escalations, governance, releases and adoption of new platform capabilities. SAP Signavio Platform Administration - Administer and govern the SAP Signavio ecosystem, including platform operations, access, licences, service health, compliance and support resolution. SAP Signavio Process Insights Administration - Administer SAP Signavio Process Insights, including environment access, onboarding, operational governance, BTP support, upgrades and cross-team issue resolution. Security, Compliance & Risk Management - Own security, privacy, risk and compliance governance for SAP Signavio capabilities, ensuring alignment with HP standards and enterprise architecture requirements. Platform Adoption & Community Support - Drive SAP Signavio adoption through community engagement, technical enablement, platform communications, office hours and user support.
