About this role
Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.
We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.
Why You'll Love This Role
Cribl is looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications Engineering team. This is a build role. You will spend most of your time configuring, automating, and maintaining Salesforce and the GTM systems that run on top of it, working alongside our admins and developers to ship real changes to production.
You will own concrete pieces of our stack, not just document them. Expect to build flows, tune data and integration logic, test and deploy changes, and troubleshoot the systems our Sales, Channel, Support, and CX teams depend on every day.
Agentic AI is central to how this team operates. You will be trained and expected to use AI tooling to design, automate, and optimize business system workflows, and to help us build scalable agentic solutions across Salesforce and connected tools. This is a core part of the role, not a side experiment.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
• Build and maintain configuration across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and the GTM tool ecosystem, including DealHub (CPQ), RingLead, Traction Complete, Gong, Gainsight, ChannelScaler (PRM), Crossbeam, and Vartopia.
• Develop declarative automation (Flow, validation rules, assignment and routing logic) and grow into light programmatic work over time.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations across the stack, including the Celigo iPaaS backbone and Salesforce APIs, diagnosing failures and helping keep data flowing cleanly between systems.
• Own data quality work: deduplication and matching, migrations, bulk updates, and cleanup, using data loader and related tooling.
• Run UAT and testing for automations, integrations, and enhancements, and help move changes through our deployment process safely.
• Manage users, permissions, and security configuration, contributing to a maintainable permission architecture rather than one-off grants.
• Translate requirements into working solutions, writing clear technical notes, build documentation, and user stories as you go.
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions: use AI tooling to automate and optimize workflows, contribute to evaluating and adopting agentic agents, and help the team ship scalable agentic applications for Salesforce and connected tools.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders across IT, Field Ops, Support, and CX to turn priorities into delivered changes.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You’ve Got It - We Want It
• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience, including Sales Cloud and common GTM applications.
• Practical experience building declarative automation (Flow), managing users and permissions, and configuring objects, fields, and validation.
• Comfort with data work: data
