Responsibilities 工作职责 : 1.     G2/G3 Project Review Conduct financial feasibility assessments and risk analysis for early-stage projects to support investment decision-making. 2.     G5/G6 Cost Simulation & Review Lead detailed cost modeling and financial simulations to validate project financial data. 3.     Overhead Rate Management Calculate, document, and maintain accurate overhead rates for new project 4.  Post-Audit Execution Perform regular audits on closed key projects 5.  Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and Operation teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment. 6.  Process Optimization Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and standardize project finance processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and data consistency. 7.  Audit Support Provide timely and accurate documentation and insights to internal and external auditors as required. 8.  Ad-hoc Business Support Support other temporary assignments as needed to align with departmental and organizational objectives.  Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2.  5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and project controlling within multinational manufacturing environments. 3.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with automation or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Python. 4.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation. 5.  Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development. 6.  Good English in Oral and Writing 7.  Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.  What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
