 Job Description Job Summary: The Associate Territory Manager will support the Chicagoland sales team in driving revenue growth and market share for Becton, Dickinson and Company's products within a defined territory. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Support Senior Sales Representatives and Territory Managers in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing features and benefits of BD products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and administrative staff within assigned accounts. Provide timely and accurate feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, clinical, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and support. Attend and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings as required. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related scientific field. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Ability to travel frequently within the Chicagoland region, including overnight stays as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
