Where You’ll Make a Difference Coordinate site payroll administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations Serve as the primary liaison between the site and payroll teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Act as the site-level liaison between employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and Human Resources to support positive labor relations Coordinate employee communications, meetings, workforce-related actions, and follow-up activities with employees and union representatives Manage site training programs, training matrices, qualification records, and compliance with mandatory training requirements Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding activities, employee documentation, and workforce administration processes Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives Maintain workforce records and prepare reports related to payroll, attendance, training compliance, and headcount metrics Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and administrative procedures What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience in payroll administration, employee services, labor relations, workforce administration, or Human Resources support functions Knowledge of labor regulations, payroll processes, personnel administration, and workplace policies Experience working with unionized workforces or labor relations processes is preferred Experience coordinating training programs, employee records, and workforce documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative processes Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applications Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills How Would You Stand Out?
