Aon is seeking a client-focused and strategic Global Benefits leader to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver innovative health and benefits solutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to our clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing Aon’s Health Solutions strategy while fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous development.

Implement the Health Solutions strategic development plan across assigned accounts, aligned with Aon’s Client Excellence objectives and value proposition. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to support client retention, growth, and long-term partnership strategies. Lead account management activities, leveraging key initiatives and methodologies including: Client Promise Jeopardy Management Top Pricing Relationship Management Aon Pulse Flex Benefits Identify opportunities to enhance client value and improve business outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners. Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or challenges. Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions. Promote a culture of development, engagement, accountability, and high performance within the team. Coach and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
