ABOUT THE ROLE

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the In-Home Director and In-Home Clinical Managers as we scale our field operations. This role supports operational workflows, workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, and reporting — allowing clinical leadership to stay focused on patient care, clinical support, and clinical oversight. This is a temporary, full-time position This role reports to the In-Home Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce & Payroll Compliance Follow up with field employees on timesheet submissions, PTO entries, and sick time to ensure accuracy before each payroll close Validate weekly mileage and hours are submitted in accordance with policy and protocols Review and abstract supporting documentation for mileage and time submissions Maintain support metrics as defined by leadership, including accuracy in time reports, mileage, and compliance Deliver a weekly exception report to each manager — escalations only, with full documentation Other duties as assigned Workforce Operations & Reporting Maintain field employee attendance, call-off, and workforce planning trackers Track training completion in Sprinter University and annual compliance for Sprinters Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the In-Home Director and Clinical Managers Support logistical planning for workforce Maintain dashboards, trackers, and workforce metrics Other duties as assigned Escalation & Program Support Manage administrative escalation trackers and ensure timely follow-up on open items Route non-clinical operational issues to appropriate teams Maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation Track project milestones and action items; support new workflow launches as directed by the In-Home Director Compliance & Quality Participate in internal audits; provide feedback to improve documentation and identify operational improvement processes Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF You take pride in accuracy and integrity, finding satisfaction in getting every detail right You’re motivated by mission as much as metrics — knowing your work directly supports better access to preventive and chronic care for patients nationwide You thrive in a tech-forward, fast-growing environment where innovation and continuous improvement are part of the daily rhythm You enjoy working independently in a remote setting while staying connected to a collaborative, purpose-driven team You’re naturally curious, proactive, and eager to contribute feedback and shape evolving processes Most of all, you value flexibility, accountability, and being part of a company that’s reimagining how healthcare reaches people where they are ABOUT YOU You will thrive at Sprinter Health if you have: A desire to work collaboratively with a tight-knit but quickly growing team across many different areas of the business Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor Excitement for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience and Skills: 2+ years in an operations,
