Benefits: · Benefits effective DAY ONE (Medical, Dental, Vision, and more)!!! · Your Safety is our #1 priority, and our records prove it! · Safety perks (quarterly safety dinners)! · Amazing employee discounts! · Tuition assistance! · Paid maternity & paternity leave (two weeks - after one year of employment)! · Reimbursement for steel-toed safety shoes What you need to succeed: · Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator. · Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate hand tools, and other duties as assigned · Must be able to lift, push or pull ~ 50 pounds on a routine basis · Must be able to read a tape measure · Walk, stand, bend and kneel throughout a shift How you will impact WestRock: · Safety - be on board and fully comply with WestRock's safety programs · Accountability - takes ownership of and pride in assigned area/s · Quality - ensures customer products meet the company quality / packaging specifications · Productivity - ensures and maintains current standard operating and troubleshootin g procedures. Offer contingent on passing background screening and drug screen.

Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
