We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to drive the growth of our sensor business in Central Europe, primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage and expand key OEM accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead strategic sales initiatives. Success in this role requires strong customer relationship skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and internal teams. Job Requirements
Manage and strategically develop key accounts to drive revenue growth and increase market share in customer-specific solutions Deliver profitable growth by expanding sales activities globally and identifying new business opportunities Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the double-digit million revenue range with full P&L responsibility Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to expand existing business and generate new project opportunities Lead the full sales cycle, including project acquisition, proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and competitive sales strategies Monitor and control sales performance, including forecasting, reporting, and proactive deviation management Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify risks and growth opportunities Represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen relationships and brand presence
What your background should look like
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering with strong electrical/electronic expertise; additional business knowledge is a plus Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales of complex, customer-specific solutions Strong background in project sales, project management, and application engineering Industry experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within automotive,
