Role & Responsibilities To deliver high quality Maintenance /Instruction on specific Military diving equipment in line with Company standards and contractual requirements.

Continually improve the way they contribute to the business Ensure that they are best equipped to support future change Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with MoD staff, displaying the appropriate behaviours always. Be ‘Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement’. Any other duties required to complete the Training Equipment Service. To be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment within their area of responsibility to standard laid down in the Planned Maintenance Schedules (PMS), to record the maintenance carried out, report all defects, material shortcomings and design deficiencies as appropriate. To be responsible for the replacement, issue, storage, return and defect repair on all equipment within their area of responsibility. To instruct maintenance in accordance with relevant Instructional Specifications on their primary subject. To assist Lead Instructor in updating training documentation, related to their primary subject, to reflect equipment maintenance.
