Job Description Ø  Responsible for managing E2E hiring process Ø  Responsible for Managing People / Process & client Ø  Responsible for meeting the hiring target as per business requirements Ø  Responsible for meeting SLA/KPI targets, as per process Requirements Ø  Responsible for managing client calls / discussions basis process requirements Ø  Responsible for adopting changes and work as per changes in process / Activities, basis process requirements Ø  Responsible for managing escalations Ø  Responsible for providing training to other team members Ø  Responsible for performing QC, basis process requirements Ø  Flexibility to learn new steps/ activities basis change in current process Ø  Responsible for preparing data / Reports / presentations based on internal and business requirements Ø  Required to work from office, as per business requirements Ø  Responsible for daily / weekly and monthly reporting, basis process requirements Ø  Responsible for providing support during internal & client audits Ø  Responsible for managing error log & RCA, (Daily Weekly) Ø  Responsible for providing support & work in absence of other teammates/ leaders & Project requirements Ø  Responsible for ensuring all process SOP’s are updated   Skills Set Required Ø  Strong people management skills with people management experience Ø  Ability to manage high volume and high pace hiring Ø  Strong Excel and PPT knowledge Ø  Ability to manage performance while managing people and hig volume Ø  Knowledge towards BBBEE and local compliance Ø  Experience of working with Hiring ( Service ) Provider Ø  Good understanding and experience on tools like PNET, Careerjunction & Linkedin Ø  track record of experience with bulk recruitment Ø  Experience managing People performance Ø  Understanding of SA legislation e.g. LRA, BCEA, EEA, Ø  Recruitment agency / Temporary employment services experience Ø  FMCG industry experience beneficial. Ø  Exposure to recruiting of blue collar employees, learners and graduates.    .
