A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Project Management – Lead and direct continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment and production systems. Ensure effective execution of projects by meeting program objectives, project budgets and schedules. Collaboration is important working with corporate engineering, contracted service partners, plant operations, and quality teams. Strategy & Scorecards – Partner with global engineering to deploy corporate technical business strategies aligned with plant strategies and performance goals. Lead capital project plans for 5 years with plant and business unit alignment. Gather project requests from each functional area and prioritize/evaluate timing and scope (Quality & Food Safety, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Maintenance, Operations, CLS, Security, etc.) Budget Management – Demonstrating an owner’s mindset in this role, and financial success plays a big part. Manage, prepare, and justify expenses and capital budgets for the Engineering & Facilities department. Lead Sustainability - Partner and work cross functionally with EHS on Sustainability metrics and defining both capital and expense projects. Serve as the single point of contact for plant sustainability program targets and metrics. Lead with regulatory agencies for compliance in sustainability.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or significant experience in related area. Comprehensive managerial and technical background in a related field or role. Project management, communication, budgeting, and excellent human relations skills. Management experience in a technical capacity.
Knowledgeable in all state and appropriate utilities operations. Experience with Allen Bradley software is a bonus.
Compensation The annual salary range is $133,500 - $175,200, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
