Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Role: WSO Global Activity Processing Sr. Lead Shift Timings: Night Shift 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST 8:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST The Team: The WSO Global Operations team supports clients by operating key loans and structured finance processes on their behalf, leveraging S&P Global’s operational expertise, WSO platforms, and standardized controls. We work closely with clients, internal product and technology teams, and other operations groups to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing optimization of outsourced services. The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction across a truly global footprint. The Impact: S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. In this role, you ensure that complex portfolios are accurately represented and serviced, enabling clients to rely on timely, high-quality data for decision-making, risk management, and investor reporting. The position offers direct exposure to portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks, allowing you to build strong market-facing relationships and deepen your expertise in leveraged finance and structured products. Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 people for Global Activity business with in WSO Operations Help source, recruit, and retain top talent Understand and communicate career path/progression to each team member Ensure the team meets or exceeds internal and external metrics Gain Subject Matter expertise on: Ensure timely and efficient processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc. Responsible for accurately processing daily activity, new deal closings, restructures and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documentation and faxes from agent banks Process trade settlement in WSO Admin based on the information provided by client. Process interest, commitment fees and investigate discrepancies when necessary Review system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities and handle exception items Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to reflect date accurately in the system Create proper controls mechanism within the team to avoid any BAU misses and data breaches Handle requests from different departments/clients within an hour turn around Complete special projects as assigned Coach & mentor team members What We’re Looking For: Key qualifications MBA – Finance /Post Graduate/B.com or equivalent experience Finance Major preferred. 8+ years of tangible experience managing a team of individual contributors in the financial services industry.
