In the land domain, our T7 and T4 multi-mission robots deliver next-generation remote capabilities and uncompromised performance. We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. The Director, Operations is a senior on-site leadership role based in Tewksbury, United Kingdom. This position leads operational execution across the Global Spectrum Superiority (GS2) division portfolio, a >$200M annual sales business with locations in Tewkesbury, U.K., Brisbane, Australia, and Salt Lake City, U.S. The position will be responsible for production operations, supply chain, integrated demand planning, and alignment between operations, program delivery and other functional areas. The role is central to achieving strong performance in cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction across a complex, mission-critical business.
