R&D- Digital Knowledge Transformation Manager

This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation initiatives of the Sherwin-Williams General Industrial business unit. The role is responsible for leading the organization, transformation, and structuring of R&D technical knowledge and data into standardized, reusable formats that support analytics and AI enablement. Working closely with R&D teams, subject matter experts, enterprise digital teams, and technology partners, this position develops and implements practical data capture processes, drives adoption of AI-enabled solutions through user feedback and requirements, and ensures technical information is accessible, accurate, and usable. The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at simplifying complex information while influencing knowledge management and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This position will serve as a key resource in establishing and governing structured, reusable technical information assets that support improved decision-making, operational efficiency, AI capabilities, and alignment with broader enterprise digital transformation objectives.
