Responsible for managing end-to-end outbound transportation operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, freight compliance, invoice accuracy, and transportation cost control. The role supports carrier coordination, logistics documentation, freight payment validation, and issue resolution to ensure seamless product movement across the supply chain network. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. • Relevant experience in Transportation, Logistics Operations, Freight Management, or Supply Chain. • Experience working with global transportation processes and logistics service providers preferred • Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP knowledge • Freight operations and logistics execution • Invoice reconciliation and financial acumen • Carrier and stakeholder management • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations • Strong communication and coordination skills • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
• On-Time Shipment Execution • Booking Accuracy • Invoice Accuracy • Freight Cost Compliance • Claims Resolution Timeliness • Pallet Reconciliation Accuracy • Audit Compliance Rate • Service Level Adherence Roles and Responsibilities: •Shipment Creation & Execution • Create and manage outbound shipments in transportation and ERP systems. • Validate shipment details, delivery requirements, and transportation modes. • Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely dispatch. 2. Booking Creation & Carrier Coordination • Create transportation bookings with approved carriers and forwarders. • Coordinate capacity requirements and delivery schedules. • Resolve booking exceptions and scheduling conflicts. 3. Invoice Reconciliation • Verify freight invoices against contracted rates and shipment data. • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Ensure accurate and timely freight payment processing. 4. Dangerous Goods (DG) Documentation • Prepare and validate Dangerous Goods declarations as per regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with carriers and compliance teams for DG shipment approvals. • Maintain documentation required for audits and transportation compliance. 5. Claims Processing • Manage transportation claims related to loss, damage, shortages, or service failures. • Gather supporting documentation and coordinating claim submissions. • Track claim status through closure and recovery of costs were applicable. 6. Freight Audit Coordination • Coordinate freight audit activities with internal and external partners. • Support validation of freight charges and transportation costs. • Assist in implementing corrective actions for audit findings.
