Overview The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery Lead plays a critical role in accelerating Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by ensuring the successful delivery of technology products, platforms, and solutions that create measurable business value. Working within the Digital organization, this role serves as the bridge between business priorities, product strategy, and technology execution, enabling the delivery of scalable digital capabilities across Functions, Operating Units, and the broader Coca‑Cola system. This leader is responsible for orchestrating complex technology initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, enterprise architecture standards, data strategies, and artificial intelligence-enabled opportunities. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, disciplined delivery management, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps that improve speed, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Success in this role will require a combination of delivery excellence, technology fluency, stakeholder influence, and a strong focus on value realization. What You will do for us Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives that support enterprise transformation priorities. Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external partners to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans. Drive delivery governance, execution planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams. Ensure technology solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data standards. Establish delivery metrics, performance indicators, and value realization measures that demonstrate business outcomes. Coordinate across Functions and Operating Units to manage priorities, resolve execution challenges, and accelerate adoption of digital capabilities. Facilitate agile delivery practices and continuous improvement approaches that increase speed, quality, and predictability. Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Manage delivery roadmaps, release planning, and implementation activities across complex technology portfolios. Provide transparent reporting and executive-ready communication regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
