Job Description 🌟 Your Journey Starts Here U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams—and we’d love for you to be part of the journey. 💼 What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions, including: Navigating and applying policies and procedures Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Contributing to team projects Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks ⏰ Schedule Part-Time: 15–19 hours per week Days: Monday–Friday Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Minimum: 4 hours per day 📍 Location Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee Hybrid: 3 days in-office required ✅ Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience 🛠️ Skills & Experience Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation 💡 What to Know This is a permanent, paid part-time opportunity with U.S. Bank—not a temporary role. 📢 Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week .
