Global Commercial Finance (GCF) Operations department is part of the Corporate Functions Operations – Strategy & Operations Group. We are supporting GCF from different perspectives, including strategy definition and evolution, franchising of the operating model, communications and enablement frameworks as well as strategic change management. We're seeking a creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills who thrives in diverse teams. Holistically lead and/or support various strategic initiatives to improve commercial finance operations worldwide Design and improve commercial finance best practice franchise guidelines Optimize and continuously improve the quote creation, deal structuring, deal approval, and contracting processes in collaboration with various stakeholders and business partners Understand and manage the end-to-end impact of the initiatives Create presentations, data analysis, communications and other materials as needed Prepare and coordinate various workshops, conduct various enablement sessions Work proactively and independently and with full responsibility while setting priorities Collaborate and build strategic partnerships with various groups, including Regional Commercial Teams, Global Finance Success (GFS), Global Field Legal, Sales Operations, AI Team and so on.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong capability of leading cross-functional and virtual teams Hands-on attitude, with focus on getting things done Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent business English, any additional language is an advantage Masters, Bachelor’s, or other University degree in Law or related fields

WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years in Finance with experience in Commercial Finance Deal Support or Center of Expertise Experience engaging with senior executives and summarizing complex issues. Experience leading change initiatives for positive business outcomes.
