We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our ever-evolving Agile Delivery Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll empower high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the experiences of clients and customers around the world. By championing Agile practices, removing barriers to success and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, you’ll help accelerate the delivery of business value across critical initiatives. What you'll own
Drive the successful delivery of business value by enabling Agile teams to consistently meet sprint and release objectives, improving predictability, quality and speed to market. Create a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance, streamline processes and increase delivery effectiveness through Agile best practices. Remove obstacles that impact delivery outcomes and empower teams to stay focused on priorities, accelerating progress toward business and customer goals. Influence collaboration across stakeholders and teams to strengthen alignment, improve transparency and ensure shared accountability for delivering strategic initiatives. Champion high-performing Agile practices that increase team engagement, ownership and productivity while supporting scalable and sustainable growth across the organization.
What you'll bring
Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex technology initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles and delivery practices, with the ability to coach teams toward higher levels of performance and accountability. Demonstrated success resolving impediments, navigating competing priorities and enabling teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions. Bachelor's degree in a related field and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. It's a bonus if you have Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations or working within enterprise Agile environments. Additional Agile certifications such as SAFe® Agilist or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Proven ability to leverage Agile tools, metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance delivery performance.
