About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for Production Associate Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Production Associate Manager role lies within the Production team and is based in our Susurluk factory. Key Responsibilities * Lead production areas to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives. * Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production strategies. * Ensure achievement of production KPIs including OEE, Yield, Labor Productivity, Waste and Service Level. * Own production performance reviews and drive sustainable improvements. * Lead production escalation management during operational disruptions. * Ensure production continuity during planned and unplanned events. *Lead, coach and develop Production engineers, Supervisors and frontline leaders. * Improve organizational capability through succession planning and talent development. * Helping to drive employee engagement and ownership culture. * Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. * Develop future production leaders through mentoring and structured development plans. * Lead KHMS implementation across all responsible areas. * Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives. * Ensure PDCA discipline across the organization. * Remove organizational barriers preventing operational excellence. * Own overall safety performance for responsible production areas. * Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, QRMP and company standards. * Lead investigations for significant quality or safety incidents. * Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. * Promote proactive food safety and safety culture. * Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Quality, Warehouse and EHS departments. * Support and manage capital investment (CAPEX) implementation and production readiness. * Participate in annual business planning and budget preparation. * Align production priorities with factory objectives. * Monitor/optimize/improve labor cost, manufacturing cost and productivity performance. * Support cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvements. * Drive data-based decision-making using production KPIs. What you bring * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or related disciplines). * Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience. * Previous people management experience preferred. * Experience in FMCG manufacturing. * Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects. * Experience with Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Experience managing multiple production lines or departments is preferred.
