Office Assistant/Data entry The Office Assistant will coordinate and assist with documentation data entry, answering phone calls, and work with the lead office administrator to communicate with case managers. Job duties include documentation and coordination of work to ensure client profiles are updated and provide reports to the program manager and ahead administrator for the continuity of care for all clients. To thrive/succeed as the Office Assistant/Data entry, you should have: High school diploma or GED required Must be proficient Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive) Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills, including proficiency with email and text communication Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions while knowing when to seek guidance or support Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Your responsibilities as the Office Assistant/Data entry will include: Assist with program reports for clients served Data entry and review of case manager’s progress notes in a timely and accurate manner Audit service units submitted by case manager Communicate with case managers and administrator in all aspects of program services Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly invoice reports to ensure accuracy.
