The Data Analyst 2 within the Office of Data Analytics will partner with Senior Data Analyst and customers to understand business requirements and needs for transforming data into pertinent business information.  The Data Analyst should understand how information flows across different business processes and systems, and how to use that information to support business objectives.  The ideal candidate would have had a technical and data background but has also worked in a business analysis role. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
