Logistics Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Logistics Sourcing Specialist , you will support the EMEA Transportation Procurement team by coordinating sourcing activities, managing tender processes, and providing valuable market insights that help drive effective logistics decisions across the region. Location: Wrocław, Curie-Skłodowskiej 12 Work Model: Monday -Thursday in the office, with flexible Friday In this role, you will: Support the EMEA Transport Category Buyer in daily sourcing and procurement activities. Coordinate and manage end-to-end operational logistics tender processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to ensure smooth communication and execution. Maintain and update logistics communication platforms and key sourcing documentation. Support logistics reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. Conduct market research and benchmarking on logistics and transportation-related topics. Manage pricing activities for tail-end spend through competitive bidding processes. Assist with supplier evaluation, data collection, and procurement process improvements. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.

3-5 years of experience in transportation logistics, sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain operations. Good understanding of logistics networks, transportation services, and supply chain processes. Experience supporting tendering, bidding, or supplier management activities is an advantage. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, as approximately 90% of communication and tools are in English. Additional European languages are considered a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data import/manipulation. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including rules and Quick Steps. Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with databases, reporting tools, or procurement systems is an advantage.
